Shipping Services
By default all domestic orders are shipped with USPS Ground. Customers can upgrade their shipping to a faster service for an additional cost when checking out. 

Handling Time
All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Orders are typically processed and sent out within 48 hours. If you need your item sooner, please send us an email or include a note with your order. 

International Shipping
For international orders UPS and DHL are offered. DHL is recommended due to the speed of transit time and customs processing. Import documentation will show the items as merchandise, listed at full value.

Return & Refund Policy
Unused or faulty items can be returned at no cost to the customer, simply send an email stating you would like to return, and a prepaid label will be sent via email. Please use the same or similar packing materials and methods to return items. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) back.
